Adebola Bada has worked in the oil & gas Industry since 1997 in drilling, well services, production, sub-surface engineering, and HSE.

He has worked with ExxonMobil and his presently with Total. Had a stint of two years Total E&P Nig expartriation as HSE Instructor and Advisor at Bongkot Field, PTTEP Thailand. Also, on expatriation to preparatory phase of Kaombo FPSO Project in France and then the execution phase in Singapore and Angola for delivering 2 FPSO with each estimated to produce 120k bbl/d. Great contribution to the Angolan economy.

Mr Bada returned to Nigeria in 2018 to lead HSE and operations engineers in safely delivering major engineering projects with operations interfaces.

His specialties include good experience of process facility and sub-surface engineering; drilling, well services and platform installation, commissioning and production phases. He’s also knowledgeable in HSE project phases to productions for platforms and FPSOs; and good managerial skills for continuous improvements and cost management.

He possesses excellent managerial and administrative abilities and improvement of HSE Culture including prevention of incidents. Instructorship and good policy/procedures writer and implementation.

Mr Bada has made technical presentations both locally and Internationally.

He received a B.Eng. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Uniport, Nigeria, and an MSc in Business and Economics from Loughbourough University, UK.

He has a NEBOSH Diploma and is a member of various organizations, including SPE, IOSH, ASSP, ISPON, and IIRSM.

Engr. Olugbenga Olawale Bamiduro

He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering (M.Eng Electrical) from the prestigious University of Uyo, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering (B.Eng Elect/ Elect) from the unique University of Portharcourt, and Higher National Diploma in Electrical Electronics Engineering (HND Elect/Elect) from the popular Polytechnic Ibadan.

Borne out of his leadership instinct, Engr. Olugbenga O. Bamiduro was appointed Prefect Boy in his primary School days, Senior Prefect Boy in his secondary school days, and elected President of the students’ union government (SUG) and National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Zone D Publicity Secretary, in his tertiary education days.

He started his career at NEPA as a corp member and got retained as Engineer 1/GIS specialist, after a brilliant performance in the establishment and after passing the management’s exams and interview.

He moved his career path to Jubaili Engineering and rose to the position of an Installation Supervisor.
In his quest for all-round Engineering knowledge, he grew his career path through Tecon Oil Services Limited where he has served in a different capacity and position such Field Maintenance Engineer, HWO Team Lead, Field HSE Supervisor, Business Development Executive, and rose to the position of HSE Manager (Field Operations).

As a practicing Engineer, he belongs to the following professional group: MNSE, COREN, MIEEE MAPMP(USA), MASSP (USA), MISPoN, M AIOSH, and an ICAR certificate Lead auditor.

He is a process safety concern and meticulous about risk assessment.

Edidiong Ekanem, is a graduate of Computer Science, from the University of Uyo. A passionate health and safety professional with over eight years hands-on experience, ranging from construction safety, industrial/food safety, power and electrical safety, currently in the energy sector as a QHSE Lead, in one of the fast-growing oil and gas industries.

Following his passion for this profession, he has gone another step to establish a health and safety organization (Association for Health, Safety and Environmental Awareness Int’l), launched on 7th Sept 2O19, with the aim to create awareness of health and safety, aimed at taking it beyond the office and corporate environment and even to people’s doorsteps.

Obianuju Okeke

Obianuju Okeke is a committed advocate of workplace safety who has dedicated years of her career championing the vanguard for duty of care for all and sundry.

A graduate of Psychology from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Uju also holds various professional safety certifications, including IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Working Safely, Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria competency certificate, NEBOSH Health and Safety at Work, and NEBOSH International General Certificate.

Ujunwa, as she is fondly called, is a typical roll-up-the-sleeve safety personnel and she has consistently demonstrated this from her days at the Lafarge project for Lead Ifekans through her safety exploits at Lago International Safety Services Limited and currently honing her skills at the Union Bank Stallion Building Marina Lagos.
